Return Policy

Label Supply Hut wants you to be satisfied with the quality and performance of the products we supply. We will work with you to find the products that fit your needs. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or does not fit your needs, we have simple guidelines that will help you return it. These guidelines are in accordance with our parent company's ISO9001:2008 quality objectives and processes. Label Supply Hut is owned and operated by North Central Sight Services, Inc.

Defective/Damaged Merchandise
Quality is important to us. If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us within 60 days from when you received it.

  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number.
  • Label Supply Hut will initiate a call-tag to return the product within 1-3 business days
    • We will request you to package the product properly and have it ready for pick-up*
  • You will incur no return shipping charges.
  • Once the product is received, we will thoroughly inspect/test it.
  • Our ISO process require a final determination based on product appearance, performance, and quality testing.
  • If your product is defective or damaged, you will receive one of the following:
    • A replacement (that is intact and in tip-top-shape)
    • A credit memo on your account to be used toward future purchases
    • A refund on the credit card charged for the original order

*Please take caution in preparing the product back to us with its orginal packaging and all unused components. Use an appropriate shipping container. 

Incorrect Product
While it is our goal to ship quality product on-time, we recognize errors can happen. Please call us as soon as possible if you were shipped the incorrect product per your order.

  • Notify us within 10 days after the delivery date.
  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number.
  • Label Supply Hut will initiate a call-tag to return the product within 1-3 business days.
    • Package the product properly and have it ready for pick-up*
    • We must receive the incorrect product back within 30 days.
  • You will incur no shipping charges for the return or shipment of the correct product.

Non-defective Merchandise
If you are requesting a return for reasons other than defective/damaged/mis-shipment, please contact us and we'd be happy to assist you.

  • You may be responsible to ship the product back to us and any associated fees.
  • All returns for non-defective merchandise are subject to up to 20% for restocking and repackaging the item(s).
  • Label Supply Hut will not be responsible for lost or damaged customer return shipments. Provide us with the return tracking numbers.
    If a carrier loses your shipment, you have the option to file a claim.

Signature Required Policy

  • Label Supply Hut provides a checkbox during the checkout process to request that no signature is required for delivery.
  • If this box is not checked, a signature will be required and cannot be waived once the order has shipped from our warehouse.
  • Any order that requires a signature that is returned to Label Supply Hut due to an inability to sign for delivery will only be eligible for a refund amount which equals the total order amount less the amount charged for shipping and handling.
  • Items may be reshipped by request. Standard shipping rates will apply.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all supplementary items, such as manuals, accessories, etc., or additional fees may apply.

Exceptional customer service is one of our core quality objectives for ISO Certification. We document and track all returns. That is why returns without a return authorization number are not accepted in our shipping and receiving department. Your feedback is important to us.
